Biden meets with George Floyd’s family

Former Vice President of the United States and the most likely candidate of the Democratic Party in the presidential election, Joe Biden, on Monday met with the family of an African-American man who died in police custody, George Floyd, said the family’s lawyer, Benjamin Crump.

“Listening to each other is what will begin to heal America. That’s what (former) Vice President Joe Biden did to George Floyd’s family: (he listened) for more than an hour. He listened, heard of their pain, and shared their grief. This compassion was of great significance to the grieving family,” the lawyer wrote on Twitter.
