Biden intends to reverse some of Trump executive orders after his inauguration

US presidential candidate who has announced his victory, Joe Biden, plans to issue executive orders canceling several orders from Donald Trump as soon as he takes office on January 20, The Washington Post reported, citing knowledgeable sources.

Biden plans to return the United States to the Paris Climate Agreement, as well as cancel the United States’ withdrawal from the World Health Organization.

Also, according to sources in the publication, the Democratic candidate wants to immediately lift the immigration ban, which targeted many Muslim-majority countries and restore a program that will allow people illegally brought to the United States as children to remain in the country.

Several top US media outlets announced earlier Saturday that they predicted Biden would get enough votes to win. Biden himself on Twitter agreed with this assessment and promised to be the president of all Americans, regardless of their political sympathies.

The incumbent President Trump intends to challenge the results of the voting in some states in courts.
