Venezuelan President arrives in Russia on a working visit.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a bilateral meeting in the Kremlin with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, who arrived in Russia on a working visit the day before.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and chief Executive officer of Rosneft Igor Sechin attended the meeting.

According to the Kremlin press service, the heads of state “will discuss topical issues of bilateral relations, as well as key international and regional topics, including in the context of the difficult situation around Venezuela.”
