At the airport in Los Angeles again noticed a man with a jetpack

An unknown person with a jetpack was again noticed at the Los Angeles airport, the crew of the China Airlines plane reported that they saw a man at an altitude of six thousand feet, CNN reports, citing a statement from the US Federal aviation administration (FAA).

The first time a man was noticed at the airport in early September, an American Airlines pilot told the dispatcher that a man with a jetpack flew past the plane at an altitude of 914 meters during the approach to the Los Angeles airport.

“China Airlines crew members reported seeing someone in a jetpack at an altitude of about 6,000 feet (1,8 thousand meters) about seven miles Northwest of Los Angeles international airport,” the FAA statement quoted the TV channel as saying.

The Department has notified local law enforcement agencies and they are investigating the report.

“The FBI is in contact with the FAA and is investigating multiple reports of what witnesses said looked like a man with a jetpack near Los Angeles airport,” said FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.
