As a result of an explosion at an ice cream factory in the United States, 10 people were injured

The explosion occurred during the unloading of liquid nitrogen from a truck.

At least 10 people were injured in an explosion that occurred in the American city of Paducah (Kentucky) in one of the buildings of the complex of the ice cream manufacturer Dippin` Dots. This was reported on Thursday by the KFVS12 TV channel, citing a statement from the local police.

According to him, the incident occurred on Wednesday evening in the building of the production complex. According to police, the explosion occurred during the unloading of liquid nitrogen from the truck. As a result, 10 people were injured; they were taken to local hospitals.

It is noted that the building in which the accident occurred is not used for the production of ice cream, but the production of ingredients for a third-party organization.

The police are investigating the incident.
