DigiTimes reports interesting details about future innovations from Apple.

According to the report, in 2022, the Apple company will introduce tablets and laptops with OLED screens. These will be the 10.9-inch iPad Pro and the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

However, this information is questionable, since, according to numerous rumors and leaks, new mini-LED display technology will be introduced in the Apple iPad Pro and MacBook Pro 2021 line. And the official announcement of the first such iPad is expected this month.

Also, the mini-LED should be among the first to go versions of the MacBook Pro with screens with a diagonal of 14 and 16 inches based on Apple Silicon.

DigiTimes notes that Apple is currently experimenting with mini-LED, micro-LED and OLED technologies for its iPad and MacBook lineup. As a reminder, Mini-LED and micro-LED are technologies that significantly improve LCD displays in terms of both color quality and brightness.
