Which model from the lines of computers and laptops will be released based on the new processor is not specified.
The American Corporation Apple may in November hold a presentation of a new Mac device based on its own processor. This was reported on Thursday by the Apple Insider portal with reference to blogger John Prosser, who publishes data on the company’s developments, citing sources.
“I confirm that in November there will be an ARM Mac event [ARM is the type of architecture that Apple uses in its chips]. I heard that November 17,” Prosser wrote on Twitter.
According to the blogger, Apple’s official statement on this matter should be expected on November 10. It is not specified which model of computers and laptops’ lines will be based on the new processor.
In June, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced that the company would start producing computers and laptops with processors of its own products instead of analogs from Intel, which were used for 15 years. Apple uses its own chips in iPhone smartphones and iPad tablets.
