Apple is going to add a blood glucose meter to Apple Watch

Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman has published some details about the next smartwatch from Apple.

As previously anticipated, the Apple Watch Series 7 will receive a slightly redesigned design. They are credited with having smaller bezels around the display, but with a thicker body. The new watch will also have an updated processor, as well as improved wireless connectivity and UWB (Ultra Wideband) technology, which can now be found in AirTags.

As for the blood glucose meter, you shouldn’t wait for it in the Apple Watch Series 7. Yes, the company is developing such technology, but it will only appear in smartwatches in a few years. By the way, according to Gourmet, Apple is also working on a body temperature sensor. It can be added to Apple Watch Series 8, which will be released in 2022.
