At the Apple presentation, they talked a lot about health and training, with the help of the new Apple Fitness + service, it will be possible to play sports under the guidance of experienced trainers.
The service can be launched on Apple TV, iPhone or iPad, but the service will only be able to receive activity statistics from Apple Watch.
The app will evaluate your level of physical fitness and select the optimal training regime, so even beginners will not be bored. Moreover, the service interacts with Apple Music – ready-made playlists are at your disposal.
10 types of activities are declared (running, yoga, strength, etc.), new tasks appear weekly. It’s great that the workouts are thought out: not all exercises require simulators, so you can do it at home without additional equipment.
