Apple admits headphone and hearing aid connectivity issues across iPhone 12 series

All of the smartphones in the new iPhone 12 line are experiencing audio issues, and Apple has already responded to user complaints.

Messages have appeared on the Reddit forum and on the official Apple support site. According to users, the iPhone 12 has problems connecting to hearing aids that are specifically labeled Made for iPhone.

In addition, wireless headphones connected to smartphones also “junk”: they reproduce unexpected noise, distorted sound, which can be interrupted.

Apple representatives said the company is aware of this. But the problem is software, not hardware, so it will be fixed with an update. However, the company did not specify when this update will be released.
