Amazon postponed New World again – now until September 28

Amazon has postponed the premiere of New World for the fourth time – this time only for a month, from August 31 to September 28.

The hugely popular MMORPG testing allowed developers to find more aspects of the game that require additional polishing, debugging, bug fixes and overall stability improvements.
The developers note that they understand the slight absurdity of the situation – the release was postponed more than once, but the end justifies the means. The studio wants to release a quality game.

During the beta, New World showed great audience interest in the project – the peak online exceeded 200 thousand people, and pre-orders began to appear steadily on the weekly Steam charts. Also, many people watched the game very actively on Twitch.
The game was originally supposed to be released in the first half of 2020, but various issues forced the release to be postponed.
