Actress Shirley Douglas dies

After complications from pneumonia, Canadian actress Shirley Douglas, known for her role as Mrs. Starch in the movie “Lolita” Stanley Kubrick, died.
The 86-year-old actress died on April 5, her son actor Kiefer Sutherland said.
“This morning, my mother, Shirley Douglas, passed away as a result of complications from pneumonia (not related to COVID19)”, he wrote on Twitter.

Sutherland noted that his mother lived an incredible life.
Shirley Douglas has played in films such as “Lolita” (1962), “Dead Ringers”, and “Woman Wanted”.
