Actress Amy Dorris accused Trump of harassment

Former model and actress Amy Dorris accused US President Donald Trump of sexual harassment in 1997, the Guardian newspaper writes.

Dorris, in an interview with the newspaper, said that Donald Trump molested her at the toilet room in his VIP box at the US Open Tennis Championships in New York on September 5, 1997. At the time, she was 24, and Trump was 51.

According to her, Trump touched her all over her body and held her with such force that the girl could not escape. In an interview, Dorris compared the President’s actions to an octopus.

“I couldn’t make him let me go. I always described it as if it felt like an octopus was hugging me. I know that several other people have said this,” she said.

The publication notes that the actress supported her story with tickets from the event and photos with Trump, and several other people confirmed her words.

Amy Dorris said that she intended to speak publicly about the incident in 2016 when several women made similar accusations before the last presidential election but did not dare because of fears that it could harm her family.

Previously, at least 20 women have accused Trump of harassment, although none of the cases have so far been investigated or proven in court. One of the most high-profile was the case of porn actress Stormy Daniels (real name-Stephanie Clifford). However, a Federal court in New York rejected her lawsuit against US President Donald Trump for defamation.

Trump denies allegations of harassment and adultery. However, during the 2016 election campaign, he apologized for a statement accidentally caught on tape, where he boasts that women allow him to grab their private parts with their hands because he is a “star.”
