Acer unveils Swift 3X: 14-inch laptop with Intel Iris Xe Max graphics

Acer yesterday announced a new laptop called the Swift 3X during the [email protected] 2020 event.

The novelty has become a simplified version of the usual Swift 3 and received a new discrete graphics Intel Iris Xe Max. Unfortunately, the company has not yet disclosed its specifications. Most likely, we will find out all the details about it after Intel’s presentation.

Acer Swift 3X is equipped with a 14-inch display with IPS-matrix and a resolution of 1920 × 1080p. The device screen occupies 84% ​​of the top cover. It provides 72% coverage of the NTSC color space. The laptop is quite compact (322.8 x 212.2 x 18 mm). It weighs 1.37 kg. The performance of the novelty is the responsibility of the Intel Core i5-1135G7 or Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor. The top modification of the device has 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 1 TB NVMe drive.

The Acer Swift 3X also has stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6 support, a Bluetooth 5.1 module, Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and a battery with a claimed autonomy of up to 17.5 hours.

Acer Swift 3X will appear in Europe at the end of November, and the novelty will arrive in the spring of 2021.
