A remake of the first “Gothic” has already appeared on Steam

Following the announcement of the new developer studio for the remake of Gothic, the official game page has appeared on Steam with new details.

The page was launched exactly to the 20th anniversary of “Gothic”. They decided to please gamers with a poster with a scavenger, as well as a dozen screenshots and minimal system requirements in every sense.

At the time of publication, Alkimia Interactive had just determined that the game will take up 30 gigabytes of disk space and will only run on Windows 10 PCs with 8 gigabytes of RAM.

Minimum system requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: to be determined
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Graphics card: to be determined
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Disk space: 30 GB

The screenshots in high resolution showed the nature, the destroyed fortress, the Old Camp, as well as the scene around the campfire. Presumably, this is the main character and Diego.

The release date for the remake of “Gothic” has not yet, and on the page on Steam, users can add the maximum game to the “wishlist”. Nevertheless, the developer promised to show the first results of their work in the coming months.
