A man with a knife attacked passers-by in Germany

A man with a knife attacked passers-by in the city of Erfurt in Germany. He managed to injure two people and escape, Die Zeit reports.

The attacker attacked people early in the morning, and then managed to escape from pursuit. The police used a helicopter in the search and announced the external signs of the criminal: this is a managed 20 to 30 years with light reddish hair and scars on his face. Details and possible motives of the attack, as well as other information about the suspect, are still unknown.

The attack occurred a few days after a similar attack in Würzburg. There, as a result of an attack by a man with a knife, three people were killed and six others were injured. The attacker was detained.
