A car drove into a crowd of protesters in Minneapolis

One person was killed.

At least one person was killed and two were injured as a result of a car hitting a crowd of protesters in the US city of Minneapolis (Minnesota) on Monday night. This was reported by the local police on their Twitter page.

According to law enforcement officials, after the incident, three people were hospitalized, and later one of the victims died. “A woman died in a hospital as a result of an accident on the outskirts of the city, and other victims had non – life-threatening injuries,” the report said.

“The protesters independently removed the suspect from the car,” the local police added. He was detained; the motives of the crime have not yet been established.
