The New York Times wrote earlier this.
A spokesman for former President George W. Bush, Freddie Ford, said that the publication in the New York Times that the former head of state allegedly does not support the re-election of President Donald Trump, “completely fabricated.”
Ford told the Texas Tribune that an article in the New York Times that referred to people familiar with Bush’s thinking was incorrect. Still, Bush himself will avoid making public comments about how he will vote in this year’s election.
“All of this is completely fabricated,” Ford said. ” He has walked away from presidential politics, and has not indicated in any way how he will vote.”
Ford said that the former President would not participate in the election campaign.
