9 months after release: Google stops production and sales of Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL

Google unveiled the Pixel 4a this week and confirmed that it is preparing the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G to debut on October 8th. At the same time, the manufacturer decided to “bury” the current flagships.

Google representatives have confirmed that the company is discontinuing production and sales of last year’s Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. And this despite the fact that they were released only 9 months ago, and the next Pixel 5 is waiting for a few more months. Apparently, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are not popular with buyers.

Google Stores in select countries and retail stores are now selling off remaining inventory.
